• full loading is possible from the start, without the
  requirement of underarm crutches
• relief of the Achilles tendon thanks to fixated equinus
  position and gradually adjustable angle of the plantar
  flexion of 25, 13 and 0° (by using the outsoles included
  in the allowing the gradual increase of the tensile stress
  of the Achilles scope of delivery), tendon
• the two long calf moulds including breathable cushions
  generate „skin clearance“ with every step, promoting
  the perfusion and the wound healing as a result
• early functional partial loading of the Achilles tendon
  allows the tendon structure to adjust to the load
  gradually; thus mini mising the risk of joint stiffness,
  contractures, Sudeck’s atrophy and thrombosis
• ideal hygienic conditions, because the area around the
  Achilles tendon remains free
• easy attachment and removal of the orthosis allows -
  physiotherapeutic rehabilitation and mobilisation at
  any time
